As simple and delicious as it sounds! We take a hot and melty grilled cheese sandwich and load it with a generous helping of our chopped brisket! Plus, your choice of one side.

Hearty serving of our homemade Texas Red Chili topped with cheese, and served with red onion and crackers.

CHEF SALAD

Our in-house smoked ham and turkey, fresh lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, green olives, Kalamata olives, and mozzarella cheese – served with choice of dressing: Ranch, Blue Cheese, Honey Mustard or Italian.
